Unbelievably bad service and average food. Such a bad experience. Super disappointed. I could go on and on with every gory detail but suffice it to say it will be a lonnnnnnnggg time before any of us return to a Joe's Crab Shack. The manager, Anthony, was very nice and did take several items off the check but seriously it was too little too late.
Not only was the service bad, but I had to send my meal back 2 times before it was made correctly and actually gluten free. The wait the first time was very long despite them not being busy at all. And, after all of that, I got sick (and I'm not super super sensitive). I'm assuming that they just took the croutons off of the salad, instead of remaking it. Super disappointed, will not be returning.

The manager and server seemed knowledgeable about celiac disease; vast portions; very popular restaurant; my Caesar salad was fine; apparently the shellfish dishes are very tasty; the non-gluten-free pizza was also good, apparently.

GF menu has many choices. Fun place. Helpful staff. As with any place you eat out...ask, read, and take responsibility.
Their GF menu is not GF!! What the heck? Their GF menu offers candies walnuts on salads, bbq sauce and Bacon, which is sketch. In the kitchen, the waitress told me they "wipe down" the cooking surface before preparing a special meal. Definitely not ideal. And they don't offer a GF dessert menu. :(

Had high hopes for this place, but it started off with the shrimp in my steam pot not being cleaned properly. Manager was nice and took money off the bill. I thought all precautions were taken because my steam pot came out in a different thing than my husbands. After getting back to our condo, I was up sick all night. So, some kind of cross contact did end up happening and I ended up sick. This hasn't happened to me in a long time. I really was hoping for a good experience here.
