I have eaten here for years before I was diagnosed and now years after I still eat there. The workers know how to prepare gluten free. You can either get a sandwich with just the meat or they do have a gluten free bun. Personally I get the bun on the side, take it home and toast it, and put it together. It is amazing that way. The fries and seasoning on the fries are gluten free. They will ask if it us a gluten allergy and mark the ticket accordingly to make sure it is safe. I love going here because I have confidence that I will not get sick.
