They have breadless options, GF fries and GF buns. They are very gluten aware.

Loved the food! The bun crumbles BUT I can’t remember the last time I had gluten free bbq food. I’ve been here twice, got the brisket and haven’t been sick. They ask when ordering if it’s an allergy vs a preference, which makes me feel safer.

Gf fries and buns are available and person taking order asked if it was for allergy vs preference so that they could handle correctly. Great bbq and happy to enjoy fries along with our meal.

They did not change their gloves after being asked twice and my daughter (celiac) then refused to eat. We went at a very busy time so maybe it would have been better had we chosen another time.
Celiac safe and delish! Staff was well Educated and accommodating, changed gloves, fries are separate, most sides are safe and gf buns available. What a yummy treat!

Great Service Great Food. Lots of Gluten free. Buns, meat, sauce and side. Best fries anywhere.
They change gloves and have a dedicated space for fries. The bun in pretty decent and soft but kind of thick. They call out allergy down the line and everyone knows the protocol of clean, change gloves and don’t add bread. Felt pretty confident here and my stomach is fine after!

Awesome gem. Had the Hogomania with side of gf fries - yes, in dedicated fryer. Staff even made sure to change gloves to avoid cross contamination. Great find driving through!!!
Best BBQ in KC. Gluten free fryer and buns.
Yes
The best BBQ in town (KS & MO sides) and the safest for celiacs! Flys are GF, sauces are GF, everything can be made on a GF bun or bunless and literally YELL allergy when you tell them and double check with you. I have eaten here for years and never had issues.

At the original location, they are fantastic for those with celiac disease. They take precautions the moment I say I have celiac disease, have a dedicated fryer, and I have never been sick.
The Olathe location was the opposite experience. I didn't get sick, but they rolled their eyes and behaved poorly when I asked them to change their gloves.
