I've been eating here my whole life and was just recently diagnosed with Celiac. The staff is very understanding of cross-contamination and I was very pleased that I was able to eat what I had before I was diagnosed (an omelet and famous — gluten-free — blueberry muffin!). If they are not too busy, they can cook the eggs in a separate pan. Otherwise there is risk of cross-contamination. They also have gluten free bread, but no separate toaster (it tastes fine not toasted).
