We are locals and visit Jory every couple of months. They are knowledgable and, although they do not have a dedicated space, they work hard to avoid cross contamination. I have gotten sick once… and I think it was because I had a server who was not very knowledgable. Thankfully it hasn’t happened since, and perhaps they have been training their staff a little better. :)

The Allison is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. While not dedicated GF, the staff at Jory seem to be good with allergies and knowledgeable about celiac and avoiding cross-contamination. We were there for brunch and they custom made me a delicious omelette with plenty of fresh vegetables and cheese.

Stayed at the Allison for a couple of nights and was blown away by how accommodating and knowledgeable the staff were at Jory the four times we are in the restaurant. They can answer specific questions about cross contamination and are very accommodating in taking extra steps (such as pan frying potatoes instead of frying) to help make it a good experience.
It would be tricky to also be vegetarian here - your options would be quite limited.
Food was incredible- had steak one night, chicken the other. For breakfast they were willing do eggs Benedict over gluten free toast and it was very good.
If I lived in the area I would come here just got the accommodation to Celiac. It's expensive, of course; expect to spend a lot.
