Review of Jo's American Bistro

I had the seared scallops and picked up curbside. My bag was marked with ALLERGY and I didn’t have a reaction. Very pleased. I will try another dish the next time I visit. (The scallops are another Newport restaurant were 5*, these were 4* but still very good.)
