Love eating here because I know all my dishes are 100% safe. Anything that is ordered GF is made and served from a separate kitchen area and prepared by a different chef. All GF dishes are served on blue plates so that everyone serving in the restaurant is aware this is a GF dish and safety precautions need to be taken. The staff and servers are very well educated.
