Great experience! When I mentioned allergies the manager came out so we felt comfortable (both dairy and gluten allergies). They were so kind. We do not have celiac and were able to eat many things. They have some things labeled on their menu and were able to tell us about everything else we asked about. I did ask for my review and can say the chips to share a fryer if that’s important to you. Everyone loved their food!

We love Jose Peppers! I’m a super sensitive celiac and eat here often and have never gotten sick. Staff is knowledgeable! All the chips are gluten free and menu is well-marked with lots of options!

The tortilla chips are fried in shared oil. I’ve had the chicken burrito bowl and not gotten sick before but I also have gotten sick several times. So unfortunately not worth the risk if you’re a celiac or allergic. Delicious food though.

Gluten free menu, the staff is wonderful, understanding and fun, and the food is great.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

We visited with a bit of trepidation but there were no issues! They have upped their GF game! We used to come here all the time but after Celiac many of our favorites have fallen off the list. Thankfully, Jose’s have added many GF items to their menu and the server was aware of the “allergy” not just the preference. Glad you are back in our lives chips and espinaca!

This has been a recent go-to restaurant for us because of options and an easy menu. At least half of the menu is marked as GF. Chips and queso are GF. Staff has been helpful.

My favorite gluten free Mexican restaurant. Large variety of gluten free items marked on the regular menu. I have never been sick after eating here and the chicken enchiladas are amazing!
