Started by asking if their coffee was gluten free and, as the other review here, deer in headlights waitress shook her head nothing here is gluten free. Well that was that for me.

I went into this Josephine's a couple years ago and never went back. I always wait for a new restaurant to be open for a while before trying it, just to let them get their kinks out. It is a breakfast joint. Breakfast is easy when it comes to GF. When I asked their server what they had that was GF, he answered a salad after giving me the deer in the headlight look. Hello this is breakfast, most things are GF. He said I could add a hard boiled egg to my salad. A few minutes later he came back with a manager. I did eat Huevos Ranchero with no issues.
This reaction from this server didn't surprise me. We have had the same issue from their other restaurants: Daddy's, Dirty Al's, & Big Donkey. I have been told from management of those restaurants that there is nothing I can eat except a salad. That must be their standard answer. I avoid their places.
