This is my new favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities. Everything is delicious and Eddie made sure I knew what items were celiac friendly. Incredible dining experience and will be back soon.

Astounding all around!! The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the care for people with Celiac or other allergies- all were amazing.
A majority of the menu has a gluten free option. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and said “we take allergies VERY seriously here” which is always comforting to hear. They have a dedicated fryer as well! Our server placed a little bird sign on our table which indicates to all servers that nothing gets placed on the table that isn’t safe- another awesome touch.
We got the kimchi french fries (kimchi on the side but normally comes on top), the cute wings with the ginger sauce, and a bi bim bop bowl. The fries were so good and the wings were amazing, so crispy and flavorful!! We also tried the Malibu for a drink which was listed as a GF beer. It’s very unique and unlike anything we’ve had, look it up!
They open at 5:30pm, we got there at 5:40pm and got the very last table- it’s a super small space but a cool atmosphere. Get there early, or come late (open til midnight). We will 100% be back- thank you to the chef and server that were so attentive to us!

We tried this hidden gem for the first time recently. My daughter is celiac which is why we decided to try it given all the GF options on the menu. We tried 4 different things (pork belly, ribs, and two types of wings). They were all delicious. More importantly they take extra precaution preparing the food when you tell them it’s for a celiac.

Delicious food and extremely aware of gluten. Most of the many can be made gluten free.

Great food that was very safe. Waitstaff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This place is very small. Come after 6 to park free on the street. See my pics below as I don’t remember what we had. The appetizer we split was fries (separate fryer) with Korean type of chili on it. Seasoned but not spicy.

Amazing little restaurant. Food is so good and there is a GF fryer. The safety awareness and precautions are among the best I've experienced.

I felt completely safe and confident in the gluten free status of my food. The owner is gluten free himself and knowledgable on celiac disease. There was a great variety of foods and drinks to choose from. And I am grateful they are open so late. A fantastic option, I recommend this a million times over!
Also! The few gluten options that were on the menu aren't concerning as there is no gluten flour in the building at all. It is prepared separately and off site.

One of the best Korean places to eat Gluten Free in MSP. While not everything is gluten free, the greatest hits of Korean cuisine are available and incredibly delicious. Their chicken wings are CRUNCHY and fried in a dedicated fryer along with their fries which can be swagged out with cheese, kimchi, beef, and more! While many places have GF options that lack texturally, Juche does not compromise, giving full flavor, heat, and crunch to rival anything you’d find in a gluten-full establishment. It even turned me into a kimchi-lover, and I suspect it’ll do the same to you!
Additionally, ownership is on board. The owner is gluten free and very serious about maintaining separation and sanitation to avoid cross-contamination. His passion and expertise put us to ease instantly, and he approached us (1 celiac, and one non-celiac) to help us understand a certain product’s place on the GF spectrum. He was friendly, informed, and happy to help keep us safe.
Juche is a great addition to the MSP GF scene. Lead by an enthusiastic and well-informed owner, this spot will charm you into a seat and send you home eager to come back.

RUN don’t walk to Juche! Located in the former restaurant COOK St Paul. Same owner, new concept.
The owner, Eddie Wu, has non celiac gluten sensitivity and is so understanding of gluten! Fryer is all GF, anything made with gluten is made off sight and “you don’t have to worry about any flour moving around!” He was so knowledgeable and he said “I know gluten is tough, and empathy goes a long way”
It was so incredible! I got the beef bulgogi bibimbap, sweet ginger wings, and honeydew ice cream with chili flakes!
Eddie said he needs to make more edits to the menu to make it clearer that items are celiac safe, and differentiate which sauces are and are not GF.
But seriously it meant so much that he understood the emotional toll of eating gf, I almost cried!
He said that the transition from the old restaurant to Juche including a deep cleaning of all their equipment to ensure no gluten remained
