I have been going here for about 7 years now and I've never gotten sick. It is my go to pizza place and I bring all of my gf and non-gf friends here. Everyone LOVES it. Non-gf friends say the gf pizza tastes the same as gluten pizza. My absolute favorite is the pesto pizza and I get it every time I go. Bruschetta, buffalo, and artichoke are also good. I recently ordered 4-5 medium gf pizzas for a meeting for a large group of people and everyone loved it. There were three celiac people in the meeting and everyone commented on how nice it was to be included in a pizza lunch. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Best crust I’ve ever had! Absolutely wonderful food. The pesto pizza is incredible and the field salad is great too. Service was professional and careful about cross contamination, I had no reaction (celiac.) 100% recommended to anybody!

Manager was on top of my order to make sure it was safe. They now also sell desserts from The Happy Mixer GF bakery! I had the potato carbonara pizza - unusual but excellent!!

Second visit. The manager on duty Ryan was very careful in 1. Pushing the GF allergy button for the order 2. Asking the kitchen staff to ensure changed gloves and no cross contamination 3. Checked to make sure buckwheat soba flour was definitely not cut with wheat. It comes Nebraska. 4. Confirmed my order and hand delivered to our table.

The staff were carefully cleaning tables and floors during my visit.

Apparently they host celiac parties regularly.

He asked each customer how they enjoyed their pizza. Seems like a lot of regulars come here

The website says they understand cross-contamination. The young folks at the front counter are not usually super friendly, but our family enjoys ordering a gluten-free and a regular pizza for all the members. My picky, celiac daughter likes it. We order their pizza for take-out regularly.

They prepare GF pizzas in the back, but I have seen them not wash hands, change gloves, and move too freely between the gluten areas and the GF areas. I have gotten sick there several times over 7 years, and I have stopped going--too risky. I believe I have gotten sick because of improperly trained staff (or just sloppy procedures)--they have a lot of changeover of young workers and it has been hit or miss for me!

We eat here often. I always am safe and I have celiac. The whole family enjoys. The staff are professional and kind.

Ok not only is this place super knowledgeable about celiac disease but they act on it in regards to cross contamination AND they have daiya cheese for us who are lucky enough to have a dairy intolerance as well! Being that it's right down the block from my office...I am in HEAVEN.

The manager and staff were very knowledgeable about the separation and had separate serving markings for gf. The menu clearly marked what could be made gf. The pizza was very good and came out fresh. Overall a great find and a good place to eat.

Excellent service. Basically, you walk in and there are pizza pies all ready to be served behind the counter. If you want gluten free, they prepare it custom made in the back to avoid cross contamination. I think the wait time was about 10-15 min. Shout out to Marcus the asst manager who explained everything to me when I said I have Celiac.

The Option to get any pizza on the GF crust was what enticed us into coming, and we were not disappointed. We had the Heart Warmer, and got a cheese mini pie for the kids. Both were GF and crispy. It's more of a flatbread than a pizza, but it was delicious. The GF pizzas are also cooked in a separate oven, which I think is a great precaution.

I love love their pizza. You wouldn't even know it's GF. The crust is thin and crispy. I don't feel like I'm missing out on flavor. They make it to order in the back on a separate oven and it's served not on the wood board as the regular pizzas are served on but on a clear plastic board with parchment paper stamped GF. I have eaten here several times with no reaction. Kim's Pie is a must try.

Really good pizza! Can be pricey though. They can make any pizza gf, but you can only get 2 flavors per medium pie.

Second time we ordered from this location. Second time they delivered regular (not GF) pizza and stated it was gluten free, when in fact it was NOT gluten free. Eat and order from this location at your own risk.

Delicious! Order a medium and you can get two types of pizza. My nongf husband shared the medium with me. We had margarita and a white cheese pizza. Good protocols. Excellent choice for a quick inexpensive lunch in Princeton
