Staff said they were informed about what items were gluten free, but even after extensive discussion I ended up getting extremely sick. When I went back and let them know, and it turned out management was not fully educated about what was gluten free and what was not.

3 stars because the options were limited however, Cody our sever, deserves a solid 5 star! He was funny, knowledgeable and took me very seriously when searching for food I could eat. I had a filet with broccoli and potatoes. The food was exceptional and my entire non-celiac table loved their food as well! I did not get sick and am looking forward to my left overs today!

I ate here last night. They offer GF buns and have a gluten free crust for their pizzas. I had the three cheese pizza with the gluten free crust and personally enjoyed it. Edit: I just attempted to have lunch here and they couldn’t serve me pizza and when I asked for a side of their “gluten free fries” they told me they were cooked in the same fryer as other foods with gluten so they are not gluten free and they are charging you $2 more.

My wife and I came for dinner tonight and it’s has gluten-free pizzas we are very excited about we ordered pizza my wife’s celiac and the manager came out and said if your celiac you don’t want to eat a pizza here, he told her that they make the pizza had a gluten-free pizza crust however they put it in where there’s flour in the ovens and that if you’re truly a celiac it will hurt you and so he warned us against it we were very appreciative! He then stood by and if we wanted to order something else and he didn’t push that at all but he said if you want to order something else you can have this this or this so the manager who’s name was Gary Larsen was just fantastic so certainly if you are in this area I think it be safe eating here! Make sure you mention you are celiac!

I also had the GF bun (extra as is standard) which was good. however was also told the GF fries were dedicated and was also charged extra. It was obvious when they arrived it was not a dedicated fryer

Since this is at the Marriott where we stay, we end up eating here quite often. Staff knowledge of gluten problems is inconsistent so be sure to ask questions. I don’t trust deep fried food as it may or may not be in a dedicated fryer. Potatoes are out as an option but rice is available. Food is just OK-not exactly inspired. It passable but not worth going out of your way for a meal here. If you are good at choosing gluten free options and OK with asking questions, you should be OK.

Good burgers on GF bun! However, lunchtime manager told us in great detail that they had a dedicated fryer. The dinner manager told us that this was not true, not even for lunch service. This kind of confusion is terrifying for celiacs and needs to be resolved.

Stick to the burgers at lunch (we were safe there and thankfully never ate the fries) - dinner was extremely limited in options and not all that tasty either; only options were burgers, Cobb salad, plain grilled mahi with mashed potatoes and plain grilled chicken with mashed potatoes. Grilled chicken was way overdone and burnt. Non-GF options weren't enjoyed by those who could eat them either.

Ate dinner here twice with two very experiences. First night was excellent. Chef came out to talk to me and ensured he was cleaning prep spaces in the kitchen for me. Second night was less than par. The server was all over the place and when I asked him to notify the chef, no one came out and my order came out missing several items.

Waiter seemed knowledgeable but not sure if the rest of the staff. We were there for happy hour menu and extremely limited on gf options. They put my sandwich (after multiple asks, confirmed was on gf bun) but had my sons regular Mac an the plate??

Drinks had very little alcohol. Just disappointing all around.

I have had breakfast here 3x - omelet and cheeseburger scramble both with their potatoes and GF toast, a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun (cannot eat their GF fries), and their salmon dish which was one of best meals on Maui thus far and they totally altered the dish for me. GREAT service.
