On the phone call. The girl was very helpful and seemed to understand celiac.

The owner personally assured us that the pizza would be handled with the utmost care. All precautions taken. My daughter loved the pizza and the crust stating “it’s my new favorite “.
Yes
Best thin pizza hands down. We drive a while to get this
Good staff but terribly undercooked gluten free pizza. The crust was raw. 9 Hours later and sick as a dog
GF crusts were really tasty. Would definitely recommend.
Just your run of the mill gluten free pizza crust in my opinion. I was looking forward to something that was better than par for the course after reading some of the other reviews, but this was similar to what I'd had at most any other pizza joint that offers GF pizza. Still decent, none the less.
Excellent! We were traveling from out of town and I was looking for a safe place to have dinner. I found this and tried it. Excellent pizza! I have had gluten free pizza in restaurants all over, including Seattle, SC, NC, FL, and more. Kaiser simply has the absolute best thin gf pizza crust I've ever eaten. And... I didn't get sick. Again I say EXCELLENT!
VERY good GF crust! The best I've had in the area
Absolutely delicious gluten-free pizza. So far the best I've ever had. It comes in one size that's a very generous portion for one person. I contacted the owner and they informed me that their gluten-free pizza is cooked in the same oven as normal pizzas, but it is prepared and cooked in its own disposable pan. They use dedicated utensils to cut it and it's prepared by one person the entire way through to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. They informed me that there is always a risk due to flour in the area, but they do everything they can to keep everyone safe from that. We've always had great friendly service there. The only thing is that their dining area is small, so the wait for a table can be a little long, even during the week. But they do offer pick-up if you don't want to dine in. Overall highly recommended.
