Review of Kalahari Resorts

Spoke to food manager before we arrived and he did a GREAT job going over their food preparation techniques and he was very aware of cross-contamination issues. We ordered from the pizza pub and even the person on the phone was aware of cross-contamination, when it was delivered to our room the delivery person had the boxes separated too. We ate at Ivory Coast and my daughter was thrilled to have a GF grilled cheese and (baked) fries. Very happy!
