Review of Kalahari Resorts

Sortino’s was a poor experience in terms of food quality and gluten free variety. We were optimistic after speaking to the manager about GF protocols; however, the wait staff was not knowledgeable and the GF food (pasta replacement and GF pizza) was extremely lacking. Would not recommend to celiac or non celiac patrons.
