Review of Kam Meng Chinese Restaurant

GF Menu, Lots of Fresh Vegetables

Kam Meng is on the North End of Newport, so out of the way for us, but worth the drive. They have a gluten-free menu and all of the soy sauce on the tables are gluten free. They offer large portions with lots of vegetables that are not overcooked. I ordered the Mushroom chicken stir fry. It was unfortunately rather Bland and I wouldn't order it again. However there are lots of other good options I'd like to try. An added bonus is that it is very close to the Yaquina lighthouse, which is fun to visit.
