I love Kani house! They can make just about anything gluten free and their ginger dressing is also gluten free now! Soooo good! They use GF soy sauce if you request gluten free. I have never had any issues there.

Menu was clearly marked. Staff was informed and made sure to confirm each time they brought something if it was GF or not. Overall great experience. Food was delicious!

This restaurant has gone downhill. The health rating is in the 70’s and the quality of the food was questionable at best. They did cook my gluten free order first on the hibachi grill so props for that, but the veggies and eggs did not smell great and I barely ate. Also cross contamination with seafood on everything. Grease was dripping down on the table and the wood was sticky. Wait service was slow and it took several asks just to get a tea cup. Can’t recommend at this time.

I went here for my birthday with a group of friends and we were able to get a hibachi table to ourselves. My friends were all fine with doing gluten free for their meals so there wasn’t any risk of cross contamination. They just used gluten free soy sauce and all was good! The food was amazing!

I have a severe gluten/wheat allergy, to the point slight cross contamination will cause anaphylaxis. I read the other reviews and decided to order the green goddess sushi and a specialty cocktail. All gluten free options are clearly labeled on the menu. The waitress was able to add special allergy instructions. I had no issues, both the food and drink were delicious. The hibachi show was very entertaining and fun, but the grill is shared with gluten dishes. If you are eating hibachi style and are sensitive be aware that the grill splatters gluten, like soy sauce, everywhere. I suggest sitting in the dining room or moving your drinks and food away from the grill while cooking to avoid cross contamination. I would recommend ordering directly from the kitchen a dish that wouldn’t have shared cooking spaces like sushi. Overall I would eat here again.
