Impressed with our servers knowledge, Melissa. She knew what gluten was and advised me of all the gf items. All meat and bbq sauce is GF. Baked beans and potato salad is GF. French fries cooked in same fryer as everything else. Had a great meal of brisket, beans and French fries. Fries high risk of cross contamination, ranch salad dressing was gf.

No GF menu, but waitress said meat and bbq sauce is GF. It was not and I got very sick. My husband (who is not GF) was not impressed with the food either.

Service was slow. The sauce tasted strongly of raw molasses.

It was okay. Worried about order as I had to explain what Celiac disease is. The brisket was good...nothing spectacular. The sauces and meat are all GF. Not missing anything if you don't eat here!

This place is not gluten free. Took 15 mins to dissect the menu with the waitress. She had to go back inside each time to ask the staff. Got the brisket with nothing on it. Was badly ill shortly after. Cross contamination galore.

Both my daughter and myself are gluten intolerant and are big top gun fans. I was thrilled that we were able to eat here. The food was great. I had babyback ribs and she had pulled pork. The waitress knew what to do and so did the cooks without being told!! All the meats, sauces, and many sides were gluten free. We had the potato salad and the beans. Niether of us got sick. It was a great experience.

Great food. We told our waitress we were celiac and she said she would have all the cooks change gloves and utensils. We didn't even have to ask!!!! All sauces and meats are gluten free. Slaw, beans and potato salad are gf. (Winnie was our great waitress!) Everything was safe and delicious.

Not bad--say right away you have a gluten-allergy. I said I was Celiac but had to explain what that meant. Waitress told cook, who was careful. They knew to wash hands and change gloves and avoided cross-contamination (as far as I could tell). Sauces and rubs are GF. Some sides are, just ask. I had the smoked brisket, beans and slaw. Feeling good the next day. They were very accommodating, just communicate. Yay for eating BBQ!!

I had to partake in group visit. They had Wyders hard pear cider. The cider was cold and crisp on a hot day. They claim their rubs and sauces are GF and the following sides: slaw, beans, potato salad and corn without the margarine. I tried the brisket and baby backs with beans and potato salad. The waitress was willing to ask the cooks for assurance so at least she wasn't trying to guess. She did make sure they were aware of my allergy and no obvious bread contamination. I'd give more stars if they would pony up some GF statements on their menu.
