Our family ❤ Kate's Icecream. Not only is it amazingly delicious, gluten, and dairy free, but their staff is very kind and fast to answer any safely questions regarding their products used. I reached out to them because the flour they use in the cones and cookie dough are made with oat flour. Here was their response, "It isn't certified, but it is mulled in a dedicated gluten free production facility and each batch run is tested under 10ppm of gluten. We source from Bob's Red Mill and they have a rigid food safety plan in place to ensure all allergen protocols are conducted correctly."
