Great food, I brought my own gluten free soy sauce. The waiter was very knowledgeable about GF, warned about cross contamination however they did change gloves for me. Everything was delicious.

Very attentive to avoiding GF. They ‘hand roll’ and offered to change gloves. Counter seating and expect a line outside- it’s worth the wait! Fresh and delicious

Amazing hand rolls. They have no gluten free soy sauce :’(
Every time they have an “allergy” marked roll to prepare they change to new gloves! but often immediately then open and close the rice cooker that they also open with previous gloves (cross contamination).

Fantastic experience! They know allergies really well and are able to make a celiac safe meal. The staff told me I could have almost everything on the menu except anything with masago (which is marinated in soy), and circled the rolls on the menu that contained gluten. They let me substitute the scallop for a safe roll on the list. Since you can see all rolls being made, I watched the chef change his gloves before making each of my five rolls. Rolls also are not pre sauced, but soy sauce on the table contains gluten, so bring your own soy sauce. Fun experience, really delicious food, and felt very safe!
