Review of Kemet Kitchen

BEWARE! This is not a dedicated gluten free facility and the items we had were mediocre at best.

When we went the place was pretty empty and the server seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the menu. I assumed she must have been new. The chef did come out to the table to discuss my dietary needs and pointed out options on the menu we could have.

We ordered an appetizer, the wings, which were over priced for the serving size and not good at all. They actually tasted rotten to me but my husband didn't mind them.

The main course of sweet potato mash, grilled chicken, and spinach. The spinach had to be from a can and was very very mushy. The other two items were good. The chicken was tender but the potato mash was on the cold side. Still it paired well with the saltiness of the chicken.

I hear they have new chefs since our visit but I wouldn't try them again.
