Review of Kemet Kitchen

As of November 2016, this was NOT a dedicated gluten-free facility. (I hated to give a rating to this place, because I didn't actually try the food! The food was great, apparently, but I didn't want to give a high rating because I want people looking for a gluten-free facility to take a second look.)

We ate there because of its claim to be a dedicated facility. As we talked to the very friendly server, she mentioned that there was no gluten in anything they served, and mentioned in passing that "couscous isn't made from wheat." She did check once we asked her for details, and the cook, also very friendly, confirmed that yes, their couscous is made from wheat.

They did seemed concerned, and discussed the possibility of removing the couscous from the menu at some point. (It is still listed on the website menu, served with the red curry chicken.) I was quite disappointed, since I only eat in dedicated facilities and had to go eat an apple and peanut butter in the car after my family ate.

I would love to say that this restaurant is a dedicated facility, because everyone else in my group really enjoyed the food, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
