Kiku’s does not serve gluten free food. If you are conscious of cross contamination there is no safe way to eat the hibachi. I ordered sushi because of this and I did not get a gluten feee meal even though I specified my needs. A manager even came over to ask if I needed low sodium soy sauce. I clarified I needed gluten free and she confirmed they had gluten free soy sauce and would bring it out. I received low sodium and not gluten free soy sauce. It was clear the staff was unaware of the allergy. My friends all got regular meals and the food looked and smelled delicious but it was hard to feel comfortable with gluten food being thrown across the table in front of me, which is understandable since it IS hibachi.

They accommodated for hibachi dinner with cooking rice, veggies and meat without soy sauce but will give gluten free soy sauce on the side. Husband has a sensitivity, not celiac but had a good experience.

I have not eaten here but if you have Celiac I would be cautious. I’ve called twice now to ask if they can make meals gf and both times they told me no. Also they seem very unsure about it. I’m only writing this because I saw someone said they could so I called them again and got same answer so beware
I can’t wait to go back! The staff knows about gluten allergies so you can tell them and they point you in the right direction. There are so many options and I love that our waitress would come check with me to make sure parts of my meal was gf. The portions are also huge which is great
