Kiku’s does not serve gluten free food. If you are conscious of cross contamination there is no safe way to eat the hibachi. I ordered sushi because of this and I did not get a gluten feee meal even though I specified my needs. A manager even came over to ask if I needed low sodium soy sauce. I clarified I needed gluten free and she confirmed they had gluten free soy sauce and would bring it out. I received low sodium and not gluten free soy sauce. It was clear the staff was unaware of the allergy. My friends all got regular meals and the food looked and smelled delicious but it was hard to feel comfortable with gluten food being thrown across the table in front of me, which is understandable since it IS hibachi.
