4/20 update- the waiter told me that they are now using gluten free soy sauce- most items can be made to gluten free!!!!!
TMX is my favorite Tex Mex in Pearland. They are very helpful with GF items. There is no specific menu but the staff is well versed and very helpful. The to go orders are marked GF.

A lot of the menu could be made gluten free and the waiter was so helpful and asked the chefs for me with no problem, he was so helpful they all were!! Had no reactive and will 100% be back because it’s so hard to find Tex mex that’s gluten free! The food was so so so good too definitely try the carnitas fajitas when you go!

Excellent experience!!! Main kitchen manager came out and marked the menu for me for all things I could eat! I was surprised to find out I could eat more than 50% of the menu and I have Celiacs! They will make you gf chips in a separate area from the other food if you let them know you need them. Also learned not to order the steak because they use soy sauce in the marinade. I highly recommend the brisket queso and pork tacos! Also their flan is gluten free (no crust). Great experience!

There was nothing gluten free on the kids menu. She had a burger with no bun. No gluten free rice. No gluten free chips. The waitstaff tried their best but they had to run to the kitchen to ask about each item. They didn’t know if anything was gluten free. This is not a good place for gluten free food.
The quality & experience I have grown to love with Killen’s other restaurants is definitely here at his newest addition as well. Killen’s TMX is a great Mexican restaurant that has a way of taking me back to my trips to Cancun over the years for authentic with his own twist. Almost the whole menu is gluten friendly and as the waiter says, they taken food allergies very seriously. As always with Killen’s I felt comfort in knowing it would be ok, with just letting the waitstaff know up front. Enchiladas were good and so were the other items my friends got. The corn side dish is a must add in my book. It is a mix of Mexican and his BBQ and also some from his STQ restaurant. A new “go-to” Mexican restaurant when I’m in the Pearland area.
