Review of KIN

The salads are labeled GF. No entrees were but waitstaff was knowledgeable about which ones could be made GF. The GF pizza crust was unbelievable! In fact, I waited to make sure I was feeling fine the next day before writing this review. I asked three different employees if they were sure it was GF. No preformed shells - artisan style and it was like bread! Airy with bubbles. Only complaint is that the interesting pizzas have an Alfredo sauce which is NOT gluten free.
