Great experience at king kong. Fresh grill and the server asked the chef which dipping sauces were gluten free and nice enough to bring gluten free soy sauce. Then nice enough to pour some ginger sauce in a new dish for me. It's safe to have the unmarinated meats. But you could ask for the meat to not be marinated. Anything with spice on the menu is made with gochujang which is made with barely.

I had a pretty good experience here. The waitstaff had limited knowledge of GF but someone from the kitchen came out and told me what meats I could have. Essentially, you can have anything non-marinated, and just put those on the grill before anyone else’s marinated meats. You can also have the veggies and corn/cheese cup. Of the accompaniments, the kimchi, daikon, sprouts, and broccoli were all fine. There are two sauces: one sesame oil and salt and one that does have soy sauce, so use only the sesame oil. With that, everything was delicious, as was the soju. I would definitely go back!
