Server understood celiac, suggested food and drink. I had a seltzer, some oysters and ceviche. Very good.

The menu is a mess. It claims to label the things that can be gluten free if asked, but only has two items. The chef says most of the menu could be gluten free - diners must just take the time to inquire about each individual item, wait for a response etc.
Once one gets that far, I am told by our server that the kitchen knows about celiac, will use gloves, a separate area, etc.

This is our favorite restaurant in Leesburg. 😋Many options for our GF needs. While there are shared fryers, we’ve never had issues, even with our most sensitive celiac kid (there are 4 of us). Our typical picks are ceviche & tortilla chips, potato chips with blue cheese & aioli, wedge salad, burgers (no bun) & fries, spinach artichoke dip, and sea bass.
Yes
They have a gluten free menu, but upon further questioning, the staff told me none of their foods are made in a dedicated fryer. So while items on the menu like their Blue Cheese Chips are labeled gluten-free, they are fried with all of their breaded items, which leads to cross-contamination.
