Glutened. Our server clearly had no idea what gluten was, and despite asking to speak to the chef, explaining my condition as well as related allergens I was still served a bowl of chili. Midway through the waitress came and told me she would need to take the bowl away because it did contain gluten. “Only a small percentage of flour” as she explained which meant my doom as a celiac.

One of the better bbq places I’ve been in CA. Great quality on everything. All meat & sauces gf and 3-4 of the sides. Shared frier but plenty of options. Marked our ticket with gluten allergy so made it feel even safer.

Bonus if you’re a bourbon drinker. One of the best high end bourbon lists I’ve seen at a restaurant with very reasonable prices.

Food was delicious! Meat and sauces are gluten free. A couple of the sides are gluten free like the potato salad and coleslaw. There is not a dedicated fryer so stay away from the fried food. Cornbread is NOT gluten free either. I recommend the pork belly Burnt ends for an appetizer, they were amazing. Server was very knowledgeable.

I don’t personally have Celiac’s but my boyfriend does and this place was amazing. Server was super knowledgeable about gluten free items and he ended up ordering a platter of wings with hell fire sauce, sausage, coleslaw. The server let us know that all their sauces are gluten free but that they do not have a dedicated fryer. Definitely would recommend!

Their staff indicated that the kitchen avoids cross-contamination when preparing all gluten-free items. There were many tasty options and the servings were generous. The fryer is not gluten-free.

Staff is well informed of gluten in recipes. Orders off of the 'From the Grill' menu are all gluten free. Three sides are gluten free. Labels are clearly marking (GF). New Belgium Glutiny available in bottle. Cider is available too. Restrooms are new and clean. Counter service. Family style BBQ like in Georgia, Carolinas, Alabama and Texas. Great food at a great price if you like a stripped down rustic BBQ restaurant that knows where their food comes from. Smells amazing. Nom nom.
