The waiter/chef were very patient and accommodating in allowing us to customize our orders. The food was delicious. My oldest son was concerned about the flavor of the goat cheese grits so he ordered something else. Then he proceeded to eat half of mine. My only suggestion to the owners is to expand the gluten free options if possible. The gluten free community in Mobile NEEDS more safe options for dining out. We hope everyone will support this restaurant.

Won't be back here. I didn't get sick, but the food was not good. I was hoping for a good southern meal and that didn't happen. The grits are not the best, in fact they lack seasoning. The duck breast was not crisp at all, however the cherry sauce was good. Also, our waiter was a bit sarcastic when we were discussing options for substitution.

They have a gluten free menu now. The kitchen staff goes out of their way to prevent Cross contamination with items containing gluten. I had the baked chicken and grits. my gluten-free dining companion had the Lake Ponchitrain fish jambalaya with cream sauce. Dessert was the creme Brule. Overall a safe experience.

We found this sweet little restaurant while traveling from Houston to Orlando on vacation. Despite being travel worn and underdressed, we were welcomed and treated with friendly smiles and kindness. Our server Kassy made many suggestions about gluten free items on the menu and even offered to speak with the chef to confirm whether items were truly gluten free and to ask about suitable substitutes. Though most items were pricey, it was worth every penny. The dishes were delicious, leaving nothing to be desired. Next time we drive through Mobile, we will stop here again. A wonderful dining experience!

I want to give this place a million stars.

It's in a little neighborhood that was interesting to navigate, but we were so glad we did!

They didn't have a officially gluten free menu but the server was simply a BOSS with cross-contamination and a knowledge of exactly how frustrating gluten free can be. For example, I mentioned how much I wished I could have the fried artichoke hearts and she said they could flash fry them without breading and make them celiac safe. Wow.

I have a weakness for blackened anything so I ordered - and inhaled every bite of - fish and grits with a sauce that makes me happy.

GO HERE!! Great drink list too. My husband had oysters and then some crab bisque he really enjoyed.

Excellent food and great service. I'm giving it four stars only because there wasn't an official printed gluten free menu, but the server had a hand written list from the chef with multiple gluten free entrees and salads to choose from. I had hummus with veggies as an appetizer, delicious shrimp and grits, a house salad, and creme brûlée.
