We have two celiacs in our family and the server was very accommodating and pointed us to the best options. They also have GF soy sauce.

The hostess was very helpful, asked the chef about the rice. They said it is safe but cannot guarantee as they don’t have all the ingredients that they use on hand and there is always a risk of cross contamination even though they are careful when they hear GF. In an abundance of caution they recommended plain white rice for my sashimi. They also mentioned many have requested GF and not gotten sick. The sashimi was very good and I didnt get glutened. They also have GF shoyu on hand which shows they are trying to accommodate. Overall I felt confident eating here and appreciated their caution, definitely will drop by again!

I’ve eaten here so many times and haven’t gotten sick that I know of. i mainly order takeout and they have an option to note a wheat allergy. I have only had some of their more plain rolls, as more fancy ones usually have tempura, sauce, or other gluten, and im assuming most of their non-sushi food has gluten, but the sushi is SO GOOD.
