I went here before a flight and saw reviews about them never having gf bread so I decided to ask if they had it and could do an allergy. The man behind the counter said yes and yes and as he made my sandwich I watched his every move. He was very good at making sure nothing was cross contaminated and even used a plastic knife to cut it in half. I got the Embarcadero which was great. The bread they used was Udis.
