Review of Klein's Deli

They have gluten free bread for the sandwiches, but it has to go through the same toaster as the regular bread (and they might forget to use a clean knife to cut the sandwich), so it’s not safe for celiac. Looks like it’s a new process for them because they didn’t know much about cross contamination other than changing gloves and putting paper down on the prep station. But the availability of GF bread is a good start and it tastes great if you’re not sensitive to CC.
