We had fries from the stand that only cooks and sells fries (near the Power Surge ride).
We also had chicken fingers and fries from the steak house (near the Phoenix). They have a designated fryer for gluten free items and put the food on disposable trays. She warned me that it would take a while since they make them fresh. FYI, it takes about 10 minutes.
There is nothing marked gluten free on the menu but they have it and seem to have a good system. Thank you to the previous review, I knew to ask. One person in my family is a very sensitive celiac and they had zero reaction. Also, when I talked to the worker, she said they also have gluten free buns and do a good job of keeping things separate. I think I would trust trying a burger next time.
Overall, great experience for my family!
