GF Cookie and Brownie at the small stand by the Phoenix. GF Sandwiches and burgers (and more) at the International food court. GF fresh cut fries at the Fry stand. GF Baked Potato at the potato stand (near the haunted house) Popcorn, Cotton Candy, pickle on a stick, Hershey Ice Cream. and much more

Upon the great, recent recommendations below, my family and I went to the International Food Court yesterday seeking out gf burgers/buns and fries. I asked to see a gf menu to see exactly what our options were and was told they don’t have one. I asked questions and was clear about what we wanted to order (my son and I are gf, my husband and a friend who was along are not). They put everything on one tray, and couldn’t verify which items on the tray were gf. I requested they remake some of the things. My son and I both got sick. So bummed!

Had a grilled chicken sandwich on GF bun with fries from the Steak house at Knoebels. Didn't get sick! They had good processes. I couldn't have the chicken fingers due to my corn allergy, but they have a dedicated fryer.

We had fries from the stand that only cooks and sells fries (near the Power Surge ride).
We also had chicken fingers and fries from the steak house (near the Phoenix). They have a designated fryer for gluten free items and put the food on disposable trays. She warned me that it would take a while since they make them fresh. FYI, it takes about 10 minutes.
There is nothing marked gluten free on the menu but they have it and seem to have a good system. Thank you to the previous review, I knew to ask. One person in my family is a very sensitive celiac and they had zero reaction. Also, when I talked to the worker, she said they also have gluten free buns and do a good job of keeping things separate. I think I would trust trying a burger next time.
Overall, great experience for my family!

We ordered a gluten free burger at the International Food Court. The staff was excellent! They were very careful in how they prepared the food. They changed gloves, cleaned the grill and prepared it in a separate area. They presented it to my son on a separate plate rather than on the trays that were being reused in the dining section. He had no issues after eating the burger. This made him so happy!!

Went to the International Food Court and was going to “wing it” and risk being sick. Got to the counter and asked if they had anything gluten free and the lovely girl handed me a whole gluten free menu! Had a cheeseburger on a GF bun, 2 bunless hotdogs and an order of fries. The entire staff changed their gloves for us too! Best of all is no one got sick. A+ guys!

I get rashes with even with cross contamination. I tried the fries at the stand where they only have fries and I was fine. I also got some fudge that they told me was GF. I didn't try any other food, but based on this experience and other review on here I think I would in the future. I had no reaction from the fries or fudge.

Had a decent selection. Most of the stands had gluten free buns and they had gf cookies and brownies as some places.

My girlfriend has Celiacs got very ill about 20 mins after eating GF fries here. Do not trust this place not to cross contaminate if not already obvious.

We went to the park not knowing if we could find anything for our son or not. He just got diagnosed with Celiac last week. Everything is very new to us as we are trying to learn how to navigate through his needs.
We asked at the guest service if there were any options for GL dining. We were directed to the steak house. Upon arrival to the stand, I asked a lot of questions regarding what GF options they have and how they prepare/handle the food. James who was the one of the cooks, answered every single question with care and understanding. He ensured me that GF chicken fingers and GF French fries are cooked in a separate frier separately from gluten items. Then he explained that they always change gloves once they receive the oder. They also cleaned the utensils/used clean ones. I stood and watched them how they cook and had no concerns. Then another cook (Candace)who worked with James came to me and ensured me that they were using clean utensils. She was very kind and understanding as well. Then they served GF meal on a separate/ disposable tray. I feel it was very well handled by the both employees and felt safe to serve to my son. Even being new to the routine, I had no concerns.

French fry place was perfect. Pat was so nice. He showed me how he cuts the potatoes and then fries them and that is all they do there. He made me feel safe.

Alamo had gluten free burger buns. Not the best burger but not too expensive. Got chips instead of fries bc I assume that would be less contamination. Definitely not for people who have a serious gluten allergy or celiac.

We camped for 2 nights and ate at the park.
French Fry stand- only sells fresh cut French fries and uses a dedicated fryer. Had no issues
Potato Barn- Got a baked potato with cheese sauce, bacon, sour cream and butter. Potato was already baked in tin foil, sour cream and butter were pre-packaged. The bacon was not bacon bits, but I am not sure if it is fresh cooked bacon or "real" type bacon bits. Also got the grande nachos which had pulled pork cheese and salsa. The location had a blue book with allergen information. Had no issues.
Round Stand- Got the tri-taters. I always bought these as a kid, and they are really crunchy and good. They have a dedicated fryer but cooked pierogis right next to them in separate fryer. I'm not sure if they dump both the pierogis and tri-taters into the same pan after cooking and use the same tongs to dish them out. At the time I bought there wasn't a mix in the holding pan. All were pre-dished waiting for purchase. I was concerned with the purchase but tried anyways. Had no issues.
Overall, I had a good experience, but the staff did seem annoyed with my questions and asking to change gloves.
Some options I think may be safe but didn't have time to try. Bacon on a stick, Pork on a stick (if it isn't breaded??), Pickle on a stick, Italian ice, dole ice cream, kettle corn

We all over the park asking each stand if they had GF options. The women at the Alamo taking reservations seemed bothered and said prob not and my son will grow out of celiac. Finally we made it to the steak house food court by the phoenix ride. The boy said they have gluten free burger and dog buns but the meat isn’t gluten free? He grabbed who i believed to be the manager and he said they did have gf burger, hot dogs, and a gf fryer for fries. i read they had chicken fingers in a previous review. they were crossed off the menu and no longer offered them. After my son ate the meal, i went to the front to grab a drink and i noticed the pans of food were in a row. they were using the same tongs for chicken fingers and fries and the rest of the food. i read the previous reviews and nobody in the park seemed knowledgeable at all. I would not take a chance if you have celiac!

The Dole stand serves gf & dairy free/vegan sorbet soft serve. It’s delicious. Just get it in a cup instead of a cone. Check the Knoebels website to find GF stands and to check statues (open/close). My husband said the pineapple dole was better than the ice cream he had and he’s very honest. I tested my soft serve with my Nima device and it tested GF. Day later and no reaction.

Seperate fryer for gf chicken fingers and fries plus gf buns for burgers and other items. Staff is knowledgeable and food was placed on a seperate tray to distinguish gf. Most of all DELICIOUS!

The food stand by the Phoenix has a gluten free menu- not sure why they don’t advertise it. I had a person take charge of the order and I watched them get fries and chicken fingers from the freezer and use a separate fryer. My receipt also indicated gluten free. It took a little longer, but I did not get sick. Also, the treat stand next to the Phoenix had prepackaged GF cookies and brownies. We went over the summer. You might want to call if you are going during a slower time.

They have come so far with gf. It’s wonderful to be able to safely eat chicken fingers, french fries, and sandwiches made with gf buns. Staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I ate several meals at the Phoenix Junction Steak House.
First time seeing GF rolls fries and chicken fingers ! Excellent taste, sandwich roll was not typical GF. Recommended😊 Caution: only saw this in one area, the restaurant near the Phoenix roller coaster😎
They have revamped everything and staff is completely knowledgeable. Full menu for celiac and careful preparation. Awesome place!

They had wrapped chocolate chip cookies and brownies that were gf at a couple stands. I ordered a hot dog and was surprised they had gf rolls but the roll was terrible. At least they try!
We ate at the table service restaurant The Alamo. They have a separate gluten free menu. Many choices. I am not celiac but very sensitive to cc and did not have any issues.
Do not come for gf food during October they change the menu completely and do not have gf buns I tried the pulled pork no bun and still got sick
They have listed on their website what is gluten free throughout the park. I ate the bison burger on a gluten free bun with steak fries at the International food court. It was delicious; I didn't get sick. Only downside was they didn't let me know which burger was GF or not (boyfriend got bison burger too). We quickly figured out which was GF and not GF. Not sure about cross contamination at the park, so not sure if park is celiac friendly.
We had the Louisiana Pig on a GF roll (no extra charge for GF roll) - homemade pulled pick, Cole slaw and spicy BBQ sauce. It was deliciously unexpected at an amusement t park.
