We camped for 2 nights and ate at the park.
French Fry stand- only sells fresh cut French fries and uses a dedicated fryer. Had no issues
Potato Barn- Got a baked potato with cheese sauce, bacon, sour cream and butter. Potato was already baked in tin foil, sour cream and butter were pre-packaged. The bacon was not bacon bits, but I am not sure if it is fresh cooked bacon or "real" type bacon bits. Also got the grande nachos which had pulled pork cheese and salsa. The location had a blue book with allergen information. Had no issues.
Round Stand- Got the tri-taters. I always bought these as a kid, and they are really crunchy and good. They have a dedicated fryer but cooked pierogis right next to them in separate fryer. I'm not sure if they dump both the pierogis and tri-taters into the same pan after cooking and use the same tongs to dish them out. At the time I bought there wasn't a mix in the holding pan. All were pre-dished waiting for purchase. I was concerned with the purchase but tried anyways. Had no issues.
Overall, I had a good experience, but the staff did seem annoyed with my questions and asking to change gloves.
Some options I think may be safe but didn't have time to try. Bacon on a stick, Pork on a stick (if it isn't breaded??), Pickle on a stick, Italian ice, dole ice cream, kettle corn
