We have been here a few times before. Each time they cooked the gf first with tamari. Most time we just get everything gf. This time with our large family and only 2 celiacs, we thought the chef understood but apparently there was a misunderstanding a d he cooked gluten things in the middle of the dinner and did not clean the top well. Still gluten. Went to the back to ask them to make our food on a separate top but the server came back out to the dining room a d confronted the chef who thought he had do e nothing wrong, and created a big embarrassing scene. Finally he just cleaned the cook top better and proceeded with all gf soy sauce for rest of meal. But I’m sure we were glutened. They do have tamari and probably safer if they just cook your food all first, though you may piss off your table mates. Guess we will stick to our own kitchen.

This is our go to for teppanyaki. They have gf soy sauce for sushi and will cook all gf food first with gf soy sauce. Us three celiacs have never reacted and very happy we found this place. Plus dad loves the Kobe beef.
Just went in for lunch and was told they have nothing that is gluten free. Hostess was rude and unhelpful. Not sure why this restaurant is on this site.
Great food, but, staff has very little knowledge about gluten free.
No
Great for takeout since they don't stock tamari. Staff is knowledgeable and will customize to cut wheat. For example, they will prepare a great grilled salmon for your bento box in lieu of teriyaki. Sushi is incredibly fresh and so tasty without the sauces.
