Caedan was a fabulous server and had a great experience. Knowledgeable about gluten allergies, guided me through the menu, and very patient! We had the Sushi sampler, California roll, and rainbow roll with gluten free soy sauce! Will definitely be back!

Was assured by the waitress that a sushi roll I had asked about was gluten free. Ate a few pieces and knew something was wrong. Turns out it had tempura in it.

My wife and I have multiple food allergies. This is our favorite spot to dine out in Rolla. We go with sashimi and dine at the sushi bar so we can oversee the preparation of our food. Some of their sushi chefs have better English than others, so it pays to watch. They don't mind if you bring in your own gf soy sauce or coconut aminos. (Don't have any with you? During business hours you can pick up at Nature Girls down the street. ) Always a delicious meal! {revision 5/19: For the last year or so there has been a revolving door of sushi chefs coming and going. The quality of sushi and service has suffered and we sadly no longer frequent Koi.
