We brought our own GF soy sauce as we know how these restaurants work. This one did not work well. Watch out for the hibatchi appetizer as it is Peking ravioli and they stick it right on the cooking surface. Our chef removed it fairly quickly, but he didn't clean the grill after he cross contaminated it. Fortunately none of my daughter's food touched that area of the grill. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for many reasons, but the chefs are entertaining.
No
The hostess was clueless. I asked for GF soy and she gave me the low sodium soy. I asked again after I pointed this out and she walked me to the Hibachi table and said "I can pour you some of this"... Low sodium soy again. Really?!?
Just ask your server to have the chef use gluten free soy sauce & teriyaki sauce. They have gluten free ranch & Italian dressings for the salad instead of the ginger dressing.
