Super knowledgeable about cross contamination. I asked a waitress for the allergy menu. The chef came to chat about what was an wasn’t high risk for CC. The main elements of many dishes are GF and I was so reassured to hear about how she thought about possibility of CC. No issues from eating here (the dishes she identified as being safest) and the food was beyond delicious. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend, ask the staff for info about GF and CC. Booking is essential; it’s very popular.
