Came after reading a review.

One staff member was relatively aware of proper gf practices for celiacs, but I don’t think it was communicated to the kitchen. Played it safe and got sashimi and some plain rice- it was delicious fish, and they had tamari, but I wouldn’t comfortably order anything else here as a highly sensitive celiac. Had to ask for takeout chopsticks as they only had plastic. Didn’t get sick, but felt a little bloated.

Amazing sushi! Really fresh with big cuts. They had gluten free soy sauce and asked about allergies, and were very attentive to make sure no fish came out with sauces as well as pointed out the safe rolls. Will definitely be back.
