Review of Kyoto Sushi

Rice on its own is gluten free so much of the sushi is also gluten free by nature. That said, when I went in 10/8/21, I asked what their cross contamination procedures were, and asked for Tamari instead of Soy. I was told, due to the pandemic they no longer offer any gluten free sauces, or have any gluten free contamination procedures. I was hoping I would be okay if I just order sushi but I ended up pretty bloated afterwards. Avoid this place until they decide to take more care. Call first and speak with a manager to verify you'll be taken care of.
