La Bohème Restaurant

Servers were pretty unknowledgeable about gluten. They have gluten free pizza dough but it’s cooked in a shared brick oven so that’s not safe. I asked if they could just cook it in the oven in the back instead but they said no. They said they can’t do the risotto because they use starch, so I asked what kind of starch (Because it should be cornstarch?). They said it was flour. I didn’t want to ask more questions so I went with the steak which seemed like the safest choice.

Such amazing tasting gluten free flatbread pizza… I had to double check if it was actually gluten free because it looked like real pizza

Great food! Almost everything can be made gf. Our waitress was gluten free and explained what was safe. She told us they can omit the bread from any dish. They have gluten free pizza but advised against if for a celiac.
