Servers were pretty unknowledgeable about gluten. They have gluten free pizza dough but it’s cooked in a shared brick oven so that’s not safe. I asked if they could just cook it in the oven in the back instead but they said no. They said they can’t do the risotto because they use starch, so I asked what kind of starch (Because it should be cornstarch?). They said it was flour. I didn’t want to ask more questions so I went with the steak which seemed like the safest choice.
