As of 2022, they have changed their ingredients. The corn tortillas do contain gluten, also the beans have trace amounts. This place is near my house and I go there a lot. They do not have gluten free items listed on their menu and it is very hit or miss. Typically the chiller rellenos are safe, but probably not a whole lot else. The menu is very large though.

I went here based on the other review. Sadly, the manager was on break when we went. The language barrier was difficult but our server seemed to have a little understanding about gluten. He asked me about the ingredients in the green chili sauce and if they were okay for me. In all honesty, I am a little nervous about this place! Hopefully I don’t get sick!

Talked to the owner, he was a big help in identifying and getting gluten free food.

La Cocina has a number of gluten-free options and the gluten-free enchiladas, retried beans, and rice I had were fantastic. I have celiac and had no adverse reactions. Be sure to ask for the manager as the wait staff is not very familiar with gluten-free options or procedures but the manager is.
Yes
Staff didn’t know what gluten free was. Not a good experience. Don’t recommend
