I did not get sick but I definitely did not feel safe eating there, and the food was just meh. I asked the server if the tortilla chips were GF and celiac safe and they said they’d check with the kitchen - came back and said yes, they’re corn. So glad I asked more follow up questions, because he said they were fried in a basket next to the churros. Staff and kitchen both seemed very unknowledgeable

I got sick at this restaurant so I really would not recommend it. I was very clear that I had celiac disease and would get sick from cross contamination. They said they could make the tacos gluten free but there would still be cross contact. I got the avocado and corn salad and was specifically told it was gluten free when they put it down. Half an hour later I was getting sick in my hotel room and had to miss the rest of an emt conference I was there for. Would definitely not recommend for people with celiac disease. To be fair, I was there with a group of 15 people, so they may have been overwhelmed but I would still use caution.

Terrible experience. I usually like going to Mexican places because there’s always typically something I can eat. The waitress was incredibly confusing starting off telling me almost anything was gluten free and then when I ordered enchiladas she told me I can only have the veggie tacos with lettuce wraps because the rice had gluten in it. Knowing rice doesn’t have gluten in it naturally I was trying to ask for the ingredients and she was really hostile about it and almost refused to ask the kitchen. Eventually we got the manager and he told me the rice had tomatoes and onions so it was actually gluten free. Then when my food came it was ON THE SIDE and not even in the enchiladas so she could have told me that I could have gotten them without the rice since it wasn’t even in the enchiladas. Incredibly frustrating experience but a lot of the menu is probably gluten free it will just be a fight to figure out what is and what isn’t.
