Amazing food and drinks, they do not have a dedicated fryer but many of the items on the menu are gluten free. The pupusas are amazing and made with corn flower. The staff is kind and cognizant when it comes to gluten-free needs, and La posada is all around amazing.

The food is exquisite, their cocktail and mocktail menu is filled with delicious variations, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

This restaurant was a favorite before we needed gluten-free options, and we are so happy to be able to keep them in our rotation.
