They don't have a dedicated fryer, but their grill isn't used for gluten items, and they will clean it prior to use.

Other than fried items and flour tortillas, the majority of their menu is gluten-free.

Notably, their delicious pupusas are made with corn flour and cornstarch, no wheat.

The food is exquisite, their cocktail and mocktail menu is filled with delicious variations, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

This restaurant was a favorite before we needed gluten-free options, and we are so happy to be able to keep them in our rotation.
