Food was delicious and items were clearly marked. When I explained I was celiac the wait staff clarified that the tortilla chips were in a dedicated fryer and how they could prepare various dishes to be GF. When they brought my sides out, an error I wouldn’t have noticed (their regular rice and beans was with it) that they immediately caught and fixed before I could eat it and apologized stating that the standard one wasn’t GF and they had a separate one prepared for me, which they brought out right after. I appreciated how diligent they were to ensure I didn’t get glutened. I did not feel sick or have any issues after eating here.

i came here on a sunday afternoon based on others reviews and was extremely dissapointed.
upon being seated a watress came to the table and gave us chips and salsa. i started by explaining to her that i had celiac disease. she did not know what celiac is. i explained i cannot have gluten and she proceeded to point out the labels on the menu.
i went to ask about the fryer being safe but she kept cutting me off and pointing to the labels on the menu. she cut me off 3 times and didnt allow me to finish my one and only question.
needless to say we left out of discomfort and i will never dine there given the horrible customer service i recieved. 0 stars.

My kids and I have celiac and this restaurant was great. My son and I get very sick from gluten and we were totally fine here! Their tortilla chips are GF safe fryer, and they told us French fries are in dedicated fryer too. We had the chicken tacos with corn tortillas which were delicious.

Overall great experience. Staff was knowledgeable. Most items on the menu are GF, including chips (even made in their own fryer). The waiter even specified mine was gluten free when he brought it out. Very tasty, no reaction at all.

Waitress was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I told her I have celiac and she said they have separate chips (cooked separately) for people with gluten allergies. I had the chicken tingas and they were really good! I did not have a reaction either!
There were soo many gluten free options to choose from. They were highlighted on the menu and were very easy to see. I had the best carnitas ever! I only gave 4 stars because the staff was not very knowledgeable about gluten allergies.
Yes
Told them I was celiac, asked the obligatory questions (like shared fryers- yes or no, answer was no). Picked something that would be gluten free naturally so it would only be an issue with cross contamination.
the waitress stopped me mid way into my second bite to tell me it was cooked in a shared pan. needless to say I was sick for days.

One star for offering a "fake" GF menu. They claim 85% of their offerings are GF, but they fry everything in the same fryer! The waiter said he could make anything GF, but walking down the menu we had to eliminate everything but basic fajitas and enchiladas. Find a place that isn't jumping on the bandwagon.

Very good fajitas with corn tortillas to keep it gluten free.
First, this place has an extensive list of items that are already or can be modified to be gluten or dairy free or vegan or vegetarian. The service was great; the server answered so many questions and she was great with substitutions. Food was good, not great; but considering how many allergy friendly options we had and the great service I would come back. Get the agua fresca de sandia (watermelon)!
