Menu is labeled and most items can be made GF. They do not have a dedicated fryer so certain items like chips can’t be made GF. But with all the delicious options, I didn’t even feel like I missed out on anything without the fried options!

This was my first time trying Latin food and La Semilla did not disappoint! We went for early dinner and the portions were a great size. The decor is an oasis and makes you feel like you’ve been transported to a Latin country. I like that they had various cocktail and mocktail options. The menu had specific labels for nut free and gluten free food choices. We ordered the Sikil Pak (GF, NF) for our starters and for my entree I had the Enmoladas Con Verduras (GF). The spice level and flavor exceeded my expectations! The food was beautifully crafted! This restaurant is a true gem in Reynoldstown.

super. The server knew to ask about cross contamination. gf items on the menu, if celiac avoid fry. one fryer... they can prep corn tortillas for you. Cochinita pibil tacos, tamal, enmoladas, chchoyotes are delicious. cocktails are amazing

This place is incredibly delicious. The waiters are trained in celiac protocols. The waiters begin by asking about food allergies when they approach you. The menu is clearly marked GF and when you tell them it is Celiac they also let you know which items are not safe because of cross contact from a shared fryer. Each waiter has a card that lists for them exactly what is safe for celiac and other food allergies. They handle the items separately with allergy protocols. This is a plant based restaurant that is super cute inside with a great bar and specialty drinks and nice outdoor space with heaters for outdoor seating.
